Hundreds of heaps in our lives, piling up from the ground, have enveloped our surroundings. It seems as if something is swirling in the air, the image which looks so real in the water suddenly becomes blurry. As we look up, we only realise the reality is far from what we have seen in the water: the natural sights and objects are all illusionary and only clots of sticky substances are flocking in from all directions. After unceasing moments of silence, we can seemingly hear something calling for the future from the past and coming back to the present. All the abstract and the concrete co-exist in deformation. Although the wind is howling, we cannot feel even the slightest trace of it, yet beads of sweat trickle down in the dark.
Chaos has left nothing but a stretch of beautiful wreckage. However, we keep living as normal as if nobody notices that anything has changed, although we are being surrounded by such unreal sights.
I have cast a hexagram for the absurd landscape: Hexagram 4: mountain above and water below One is ignorant with wisdom undeveloped, hesitant and indecisive. One who receives this hexagram has lost one’s direction as one has as little wisdom as a kid with no sense of judgement.
